Release 5.4.0
The Lens now provides search for more than 30 million scholarly articles, across various disciplines and from multiple sources including those cited in the patent literature. In addition to freely accessing the scholarly literature, users can discover some scholar/author-institution relationships. The Scholarly Search facility is currently in alpha, but you can already use the same advanced querying and filtering as Lens Patent Search, and access many of the same visual analyses.

You can start searching Scholarly via the following 5 methods:

Home page search form All patent searches will now display a "View Cited Articles in Scholar Search" link above results Citations tab on Patent or Article screens Search bar action button Direct from the scholarly home

Not sure where to start? How about:

- Most recent articles in Nature Journal - Most patent citations for MeSH Term: "Glucuronidase" - Query "malaria vaccine" with open access / fulltext - Chemical "Sildenafil Citrate" with funding data, but no clinical trial data - Subject Oncology with no funding data - Author "Lipman DJ" We are currently working hard to improve the way we expose joins between patent and scholarly data, so please keep an eye out for updates in the near future. We enjoy hearing from you and are always looking to understand how we can further support your decision-making. If you need guidance to > navigate The Lens and utilise its many different features visit our Support Center to check out the latest tutorials posted (we release now  three short tutorials on 1) Patent Search analysis, 2) use of Boolean Operators, and 3) proximity search or contact us at support@about.lens.org.
