The entire PatSeq patent sequence data collection is available for download in FASTA format.
We are sharing the data under
dual-licensing - which is free for non-commercial use.
You can request access directly from your
Lens Work Area.
We currently release updates every two to four weeks. You can download the data comfortably in your web browser using the
PatSeq Data app. If you prefer automatic and scheduled downloads, you can use our
Bulk Download API. All you need is your personal access token which you can create in the
Lens Work Area.
